Tour of the Luberon by bike
Between the Alps de Haute Provence and the Vaucluse plain, arises the bold outline of limestone scarps of the Luberon massif. This is the symbol of the area, a mountain which brings the area to- gether rather than separates. The area is also characterized by dry stone walls and imposing “bastides”, villages perched on the sides of hills between church and château. It was around here that “Jean de Florette” and “Manon des Sources” were filmed.
