The estate lies on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, close to the Trois Sautets bridge painted by Paul Cezanne.

The vineyards have been revived between the old dry-stone wall terraces. Here, in winter, the estate's Rove goats come to graze (as seen on the estate's wine label), a breed that is endemic to Provence. The natural interaction between winegrowing and livestock-grazing produces an environmentally friendly form of farming.
