  • Pioneer of minimalism in the 1960s, Dan Flavin collaborated with Yvon Lambert in 1974 and displayed his work in Lambert's gallery. Dan Flavin took part in the innovative and ambitious program Yvon Lambert started in 1967.

  • This exhibition devoted to Dan Flavin focuses on works that he dedicated to artist friends with whom he engaged in the aesthetic revolutions of the 1960s, and artists that preceded him and to whom he paid tribute. These works may refer, among others, to Constantin Brancusi, Henri Matisse, Vladimir Tatline, Barnett Newman, Cy Twombly, Sol LeWitt and Donald Judd — artists for whom Yvon Lambert also shares deep affection — they are also, and especially, epiphanies that establish here and now...
