    The last dairy in the town and the only producer in the region, the family has been breeding dairy cows for six generations. Today, half-way between Saint Gabriel Chapel and the hamlet of Lansac, Jean-Michel Robert has taken over from his ancestors, who have been in Tarascon since 1836. He breeds 35 Montbéliarde dairy cows in the heart of Provence, in a region which knew only goats' milk.
