- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, household utensils and storage space.
- Independent WC with washbasin. Private terrace of 12 m² with garden furniture and barbecue, private garden 300 m². Heated swimming pool (heating period: from 01/06 to 30/09) 8x4m, depth 1.7m, accessible from 10am to 7pm and shared with the owners. Gooseneck type fountain in the pool. Private parking on the closed property. Wireless. Electric heating (included). End of stay cleaning optional. Sheets and towels included.
Babies are welcome in this cottage which provides dedicated equipment on request: travel cot, high chair, booster seat, potty and stroller. This cottage is perfectly located just 7km from the city center of Aix-en-Provence while being in the countryside, with a beautiful view of the Sainte Victoire from the swimming pool.
