River in Briançon
Warning: Unsecured hours
The Romansh is born in the Hautes-Alpes and quickly passes by towards Drac where she joins Isère and Grenoble.
The source of the river, which is the twin sister of the Guisane to the east, is at the Col du Lautaret, from where it follows a discreet path at the foot of the north face of the Meije. Numerous rapids and drops formed by lerge blocks of schist which have broken away from the slopes of the Oisans lead to lac du Chabanon.
