On the ground floor, this gîte is composed of: -Living room with lounge area with sofa and large flat screen TV, DVD player and many DVDs available. Reversible air conditioning. Dining area for 6 people under the starry ceiling. Large bay windows. Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances: central island with hood and 4 burners, oven, microwave / grill with rotating heat, refrigerator / freezer, multi-function robot, dishwasher, raclette machine for 2 people.... Washing machine. Many lights with light effects. Wood-burning stove. -A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobe, bath, basin and heated towel rail. -A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobe, Italian shower 80x100cm, washbasin and heated towel rail. -Independent toilet with hand-washing basin. Very nice private outdoor space with a large pool house 30 m² with a complete kitchen (oven, hob, small refrigerator, pod coffee maker, sink, fryer, panini machine, tourtière, blender / shaker, champagne bucket...), dining area, flat screen TV and outdoor speakers. DVD player. Comfortable garden furniture under the arbour. Private garden 300 m² with swing and badmington net. Solar shower and WC.
