It is completed by a laundry room with washing machine and independent freezer and opens onto the living / dining room with 2 dining areas, a sofa and three relaxation leather armchairs (which can be unfolded for more comfort), rugs and tables. bass, flat screen TV. 2 bay windows overlook the two terraces of the house: one to the south and one to the north.
- An independent WC accessible with washbasin
- Two large bedrooms with 160x200cm beds (2 independent electric 80x200cm mattresses) with wall cupboards.
- An accessible bathroom / WC with walk-in shower, shower seat and grab bar, basin with removable mirror. WC with grab bar.

Possibility of parking several vehicles in front of the house. The owners live at the end of the road. Animals are welcome free of charge, provided they collect the droppings.
