  • Olive oil production is a family tradition since 5 generations. Max Doleatto, the owner, uses traditional methods of production that date back to the 13th century. Guided visits followed by olive oil tasting.

  • Chez Max is a journey through time, it's a whole world! Production is still done in the old way in this hydraulic mill. Imagine the oldest still-operational mill in France… A historic item inherited from the Middle Ages which operates with a 7-metre wheel, a visit not to be missed.
