Mathew, originally from Australia, arrived in France ten years ago.
His career as a chef took him to Corsica, Brittany and Savoie. He also worked with Yannick DELPECH in Toulouse before settling in Les Deux Alpes.
It was at the P'tit Polyte, the restaurant of the Chalet Mounier, that he obtained his first Michelin star.
Two years later, he took part in the 2018 season of the Top Chef...

- From the Pacific Ocean to the blue skies of Provence... Coline and Mathew combined their talents to let their passions run aground at the foot of the Alpilles.
Out of this beautiful energy was born a desire: Eidra. This exotic restaurant is a reminder of their distant origins and travels. It also bears witness to their intentions and commitment.
In creating this space for encounters, sharing and well-being, the young couple intend to surprise the senses and titillate the palate, playing on subtle alliances to offer the quintessence of aromas and tastes. Their gastronomic ethic places nature at the heart of their project. Determined to act for a more sustainable development, they rigorously select products and support artisans, farmers and local initiatives.
