Our saffron farm was created in 2021 in the commune of Saint Pierre de Vassols. Harvesting is entirely by hand, early each morning, and takes place from early October to late November. The climate, the excellent terroir of Provence and the work of the producer produce a very high quality saffron grown with passion.
