At Cap des Mèdes, you'll discover numerous encrusting anemones, groupers, moray eels, corbs and perhaps barracudas. Huge shoals of sars are also common.
The site is quite vast. You can also go to the east face of the rock, to what is known as "La Piscine des Mèdes". On this dive, the maximum depth is 30 meters. It's well known for underwater photography (not unlike the nearby "sec du gendarme"). Captain Cousteau filmed an episode here, which featured numerous octopuses.
