The fourth generation of millers from Vieux Moulin du Partégal - whose services are recognized by “Qualité Tourisme”- and their team offer you a free guided tour of their unique site followed by a tasting of their oils.
During this guided tour, they will share their passion for their profession and their know-how. You will discover olive oils produced by ancestral methods (traditional, with an ancient grinding stone) and those obtained by a new technology process (in accordance with European "continuous chain" standards) as well as local products.
Just as oenologists test wine, you will learn to recognise the different flavours, aromas and smells of Provence oils by taking part in a blind tasting. During your visit, the labelling codes of mills and industrial (supermarkets) oils will no longer hold any secrets for you. English tour at 9:30 am and 2:30 pm from April 1st to September 30th except on Sundays.
