Anne Merry is a phyto/aromatherapy practitioner and a botanical guide. She offers many workshops and courses combining plant recognition and practical preparations in the Briançonnais.

We have several means at our disposal to enable us to preserve and improve our health. Phytotherapy, which includes aromatherapy and gemmotherapy, provides solutions and this is why I propose to accompany you based on these three pillars. The aim is to help you find your balance with medicinal plants and essential oils in order to provide you with a global response for prevention and care. - Aromatherapy workshops and plant recognition. Herbalism courses, aroma/yoga courses, wild plants courses, gemmotherapy courses.

Rates

Practical herbalism workshops (1½ hours): €25 per person
Plant identification day: €65 per person
Olfactory meditation (1 hour): €10 per person
Foraging workshops: €45 per person
