We have several means at our disposal to enable us to preserve and improve our health. Phytotherapy, which includes aromatherapy and gemmotherapy, provides solutions and this is why I propose to accompany you based on these three pillars. The aim is to help you find your balance with medicinal plants and essential oils in order to provide you with a global response for prevention and care.
