Reflexotherapy is a natural wellness method, I use the stimulation of points on the feet, hands, face, skull and back to soothe the body and mind.

I offer individualised and personalised sessions in order to target my action according to your needs.
The aim is above all to feel good and to let go while seeking to rebalance the proper functioning of the body.
The fields of action are as vast as they are varied (stress, migraine, tinnitus, pain and sleep or digestive problems, etc...)
Without contraindication, nor side effects, this practice is a real plus and a very good start to take care of oneself, for the form and for the pleasure.
