Sophro-walking and pottery in the morning: relax in this magnificent setting and disconnect from everyday life while creating.

Come and take advantage of this morning to recharge your batteries, relax, share, reconnect with this magnificent natural environment and live in the present moment.
Starting point: Collobrières confectionery car park.
From 8.30am, discover sophrology, a simple method accessible to all, which lasts 1.30 hours. Depending on your needs at the time, it will help you to reduce stress, physical and/or mental fatigue, connect with yourself to promote well-being, calm and serenity, stimulate your creativity... The walk will continue to Corinne's workshop for a 2-hour pottery session. This will be an opportunity to shape 2 pieces before the drying stage, and to take your work home with you.
For this morning, plan to bring a water bottle, an old T-shirt, a towel or a plaid and take comfortable shoes.
Don't forget to bring your picnic to round off this lovely morning, in a beautiful green space.
