Enjoy an unforgettable experience to discover our profession of distiller. You will have the privilege of discovering all the stages of creation of our unique whisky in the world made from an ancestral cereal : einkorn Haute Provence.

This guided tour will introduce you to the secrets of the production of our whisky: an organic and local whisky, made with einkorn, the well-known ancestral cereal from Provence, bringing a special touch to our products.
During this tour, you will discover all the key stages of production: from the choice of cereals to bottling, including malting, brewing, fermentation, distillation and obviously aging in oak barrels. This tour will allow you to have a different approach of whisky tasting. The tour will end with a tasting of our products.
