The Domaine Fontaine du Clos invites you to an introduction to blending, with explanations and advice from the cellar master. On the programm : you will taste several pure grape varieties before blending them to create THE ‘perfect’ cuvée according to your tastes. A blind tasting will then determine the most popular blend. The evening will end with a cocktail reception and a tasting of our wines. You can take home a sample of your blend to share with your friends and family!
