We offer a Neapolitan specialty, pizza fritta.
It's a traditional pizza dough, rolled out by hand, topped and closed like a calzone, then baked in an oil bath.
As the oil is very hot and the dough has the right moisture content, the dough doesn't have time to absorb the oil, so it won't be very greasy when tasted.
We work mainly with Italian products. Our cured meats, cheeses and wines are Italian, as are one beer and 2 lemonades.
