L'Art des Mets in Eyguières is a restaurant with a difference. There are no secrets here: quality requires fresh, seasonal produce, expertise and transparency! In fact, one of the dining rooms overlooks the kitchen. Everything is prepared on site, including the bread, which is kneaded and baked at the restaurant.
Chef Olivier Perret cultivates an original style, with a strong emphasis on invention and "home-made" ingredients. Combining the pleasures of taste and conviviality is a priority. The result is "Perret'ifs", a house specialty. Aperitif cookies made from local produce, a delicious combination of festive moments and the flavors of Provence.
