Patrick Hovaguimian is the third generation of butchers in La Ciotat. The story began in 1931 in the rue Fougasse. The basics are still the same: home-made, the best quality and respect for time.
A traditional butcher's shop, the Hovaguimian butcher's shop also has a catering service with home-made dishes: pâté en croute, ravioli à la daube, pâtés, gratin dauphinois, garlic and parsley soup, ratatouille, caponata, brandade de morue (codfish), soupe au pistou (soup with garlic and parsley), headless larks, stuffed vegetables, stuffed vine leaves, tabbouleh, chickpea salad, pies, egg rolls, quiches, and all sorts of cheeses.
