Aconcha was born in Havana. A multi-artist, a raw and singular artist, both in her painting and in her music ...

She is driven by a mysterious creative energy and a deep need to sublimate her African roots. She invites us to travel to the heart of Cuban culture and dialogue with the Orishas, deities of Santeria, a widespread Afro-Cuban religion on the island. Explosions of color, subconscious messages, magic and Cuban authenticity run through all her work.

Aconcha, who has lived in the Verdon region for many years, has found in this land of light, silence and telluric forces a deep echo to her spiritual universe. Fascinated by the region's raw landscapes and natural power, she weaves a symbolic link between the Orishas and the elements of the Verdon. This anchorage inspires her and nourishes a creation where cultures meet and dialogue, between Cuba and Provence, between the visible and the invisible.
