Lucas Ratton returns with a selection of new works for its third summer edition, a new opportunity to convey its fascination for art objects. With its commitment to diversity, the gallery stands out with a curatorial proposal that brings together a variety of cultures and artistic forms. Among them, tribal art, design and contemporary art make up its identity. If the Ratton family's interest in ancient non-European art has been a passion for several generations, the gallery owner does not intend to turn away from it. His great-uncle Charles, his grandfather Maurice and his father Philippe, all prominent art dealers, have contributed greatly to the development of this hitherto underestimated form. Already in the Ratton galleries of yesteryear, the modern was mixed with the tribal. A tradition which, along the way, marks the artistic line of the young gallery in the Tropez.

"The initial idea is to allow encounters between different art forms. Our objective is to show that intermingling and linking several cultures has the effect of revealing the subtlety of the works. This year, we have worked on a scenography adapted to the gallery's potential, thanks to which the works, exhibited on two levels and a terrace, are highlighted. This space, conceived as both an art gallery and a collector's interior, opens a dialogue between exceptional pieces from prestigious international collections. We have invited three colleagues who share our vision: Galerie Kreo, Kamel Mennour and Jacques Lacoste. The summer will be punctuated by exhibition changes and events.
