.With our sheeps' milk, we produce yoghurts (natural, verbena, genepy, hyssop, vanilla) as well as different types of cheese, fresh "faisselle" cheese and fromage blanc.
We also sell suckling lamb and mats woven with the wool from our sheep.
Our farm is located at the entrance to Le Villard de Vallouise.
We sell our produce directly at the farm every day from 17 am to 19 pm from the 15th of december until the end of may and also on the markets in Briançon (Wednesday).

- Amélie and Jean-Baptiste settled in Villard de Vallouise to raise their brigasque ewes in the protected environment of the Parc des Écrins. Their choice of this hardy breed from the Southern Alps is the result of a commitment to preserving biodiversity and reviving the local pastoral tradition.
Their herd lives in the fresh air of the Vallouise pastures for months before being fed with their own forage in winter. For over 20 years, they have been developing their organic farm, producing delicious fromage blanc, yoghurts, mild curd cheeses and brousse. Come and taste them on site or at the Briançon market.
