I offer moments of deep relaxation and release, for physical and emotional wellbeing, a gentle break for you and your body.
You can take part in one of the yoga classes, and you can choose between Therapeutic Yin yoga, in which postures are held for prolonged periods to allow complete muscular relaxation to take place to music, or Body and Sound yoga, which uses different postures and voice release to get the body's energy and communication flowing again.
Free dance is another way of freeing the body and letting go.
I also offer relaxation massages and tantric massages for complete relaxation.
And finally, I can offer you individual sessions in emotional release using EFT tapping, which helps to
release body and emotional memories, for the liberation of personal or transgenerational traumas
or the unblocking of repetitive patterns (I trained in this technique after practising for 10 years as a gastroenterologist, particularly in order to get to the source of so-called psychosomatic pathologies).
