You'll learn the right techniques and the right positions: Nordic walking for leisure and sport (for all, including Sport and Cancer), conscious Afghan walking, pilates, de Gasquet easy abs, mountain walks, weekends, courses and wellness breaks... working alongside passionate professionals!

In La Ciotat, Sport Santé Nature offers two supervised outings on request. These are as follows.

"The caves and the great arch of La Ciotat"
Dive into the heart of prehistory to understand the local geology before the dinosaurs and penguins that our ancestors encountered at the end of the quaternary period. In every season, the scrubland and garrigue mix here like nowhere else in the calanques!

"The highest cliffs in Europe - Geology and heritage"
Through the scrubland and caves of La Ciotat, this itinerary takes you to the highest cliffs in Europe overlooking the sea, offering a vast panorama with 360° views over the whole of the Calanques National Park: white from Cassis to Marseille, red from Cap Canaille to La Ciotat.
This outing provides an insight into the geological formation and occupation by our ancestors of the whole of the Calanques and the emblematic Bec de l'Aigle.
It's a fascinating and exotic hike!
