Nougat Tolleron is tucked away in the lovely village of Crestet, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in a land of excellence and fine dining. The firm crafts its "tender nougats" by hand, using artisanal techniques and their grandmother's recipe.
They also make chocolates, for you to taste without moderation.
Nougat Tolleron offers macaroon workshops. In half a day, you can learn to make perfect macaroons at home, and you'll even leave with your own delicious goods!
Workshops from May 2 to Nov 30. €100/person for the half-day.
Store open year round, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
