Built by the Rouroise community between 1462 and 1501, the chapel houses three beautiful mural frescos painted in 1510, and attributed to Andrea de Cella. They have been listed as historic monuments since 1989.
One of these frescos, called the “Fresque des Vices”, represents the consequences of sins of the flesh committed in 1427 between the priest of the village and one of his parishioners, called Delphine Bovis. The scandal, widely known, left its mark.
