This hotel now houses the Art Institute of the University of Provence. Built in the 17th century, its façade was rebuilt in 1745 by Laurent Vallon.
Built in 1650 for Charles de Grimaldi, Marquis of Régusse, this mansion was sold to the Forbin-La Barben family in 1724, passed to the Boyer de Fonscolombe family in 1743, and, by inheritance from his mother Irène de Fonscolombe, to Gaston de Saporta.
The Boyer de Fonscolombe family renovated the building, and its frontage was redesigned in 1757 by Laurent Alexandre Vallon.
It now houses the Institute of Public Management and Territorial Governance of Paul Cézanne University
