Designed by the architect Marcel Nestel, this 1957 building favors a symmetrical composition around the lancet-shaped bays above the entrance door.
Its corners, on the south side, are treated as bays with glass spandrels. The cement imitating stone in the base and the travertine cladding of the first floor enrich the rendering of the façade.
