During your stay in Saint-Clément-sur-Durance, take a few moments to meditate in the village church.
An unusual 15th/early 16th century church that was rebuilt in the 19th century, perpendicular to the original direction, not without causing controversy... This helps to explain the distinctive appearance of the rounded walls on the façades. The oldest part is the chapel, the former choir of the original church. Today, this room is the village's multi-purpose hall. Unusual black stone faces can be seen high up beside the stone arches.
