THE KNIFE - A WORK OF ART

We get the impression that Mikaël happened across the skill of knife-making from a very early age. With all his training, entering competitions, exhibiting at craft fairs and the fact of setting up his own workshop, it feels like he has been involved in enough activities to last more than a lifetime.
Today, he has even become the exclusive designer and creator of the Verdon regional knife known as ‘Le Verdon®’.
Mikaël makes and sells hundreds of knives. A visit to his boutique is definitely worthwhile to see his vast impressive collection for yourself.
