Since 1995 an orthodox monastic community settled by the national park restore the fort. Renamed “Sainte-Marie du Désert” monastery. Devoted to Mary of Egypt, this hermitage is a dependence of the monastery “Saint-Antoine-Le-Grand” (Drome).
