Created by renowned botanist Patrick Blanc, the green wall covers and decorates the northern section of the Max Juvénal bridge. An intrusion of nature into the city!
The bridge, located not far from the conservatory, features on each of its sides the largest water wall in Europe and an imposing green wall.
The latter was designed in 2008 following the rehabilitation of the neighborhood's public spaces.
With a surface area of 650m² and some 20,000 plants, it is a veritable green lung in the heart of the city.
Standing 15m high, this showcase of biodiversity is maintained all year round by specialized gardeners.
