This beautiful wash house is located north of the village, just after one of the two castles.

It was built in 1778 following a complaint from residents about the poor quality of the stones used to beat the laundry along the stream. A tank was probably used to heat the water upstream of the wash house. It was used by the housewives of the village until the 1960s.
