Tower of the castle of the "De Blacas", dating from the 13th century, with an elaborate balcony.
This balcony is remarkable for its inscription "Ad caelum aspirare" (I aspire to heaven!) on its lintel and for its tuff stone which, under the erosion due to the repeated assaults of the Mistral wind, gives it an ever-changing appearance...
It would correspond to the works of the rock cement makers between 1860 and 1914.
A loophole is visible under the balcony. Belonging to a defensive device of the castle, it pre-existed the constructions developed from the Renaissance, around the 15th century.
