From 1862, this complex was built on this sunny hillside in several phases. Much appreciated by foreigners, the "Guide Carli, advisor to the tourist in Nice and its surroundings, 1864" presents them as follows: "three elegantly furnished houses, divisible into apartments, very nice southern exposure, stables and shed, enjoyment of a large garden".
