First Var Trail running Station®, Aiguines-Var-Verdon is a place 100% dedicated to trail running, that proposes routes, services and tools to beginners as well as to passionates.

Park on the RD 71 car park opposite the entrance to the Campsite de l'Aigle. The start of the short hill workshop is located on the path just above.
The short hill workshop goals:
To improve your power
To work on your technique on the way up and down
To learn how to use sticks (if necessary)
The key of the reception center is available at the secretary of the City Hall of Aiguines
