    >> Evolution in the torrent bed. Do not practice in stormy weather, as a flood can occur at any time!

    1. Take the forest path that crosses the Vallauria torrent, then immediately take the track on the left. Follow the torrent on this bank for about 700m to reach marker N°2.
    2. Continue on the ascending trail. The path slaloms between the right and left banks of the torrent. Notice the numerous structures built over the years to try to control the torrent's flooding. Join the D53, the highest point of the climb
    3. Go down the road to reach the first panorama. Take time to observe the Demoiselles Coiffées ballroom from this viewpoint. Then continue down the road for 1km to reach the second viewpoint. The wooden installations offer deckchairs, tables and, above all, a breathtaking view of the Demoiselles and the valley. After a well-deserved break, continue on the road for about 300m
    4. Turn left and take a downhill path. After crossing the torrent, reach marker N°2 and return to the starting car park along the original path.
