Hike from Saint Rémy de Provence, returning via Glanum. A small diversions to the "Rocher des 2 trous" is worth it!
In the midst of Provence, between the Rhône and Durance, Alpilles ("aupilho" in Provençal) sets the scene for a mountain range. The route looped at the departure of St-Rémy-de-Provence, is a trip back in time (via Domitia, Santiago GR653D, course Vincent Van Gogh...), of the highest antiquity to our days but in the discovery of the animal, vegetable and mineral reign. After crossing the rural world, the route follows a path marked out in nature, footprint protected sites, the Casey and career sites regulated because of the rare species that live there and different landscapes that are there. Throughout this course, viewpoints does not lack, the exceptional landscapes are rename international, stone, water, wind, light, and the secular presence of men who are are located have shaped this land.
