Via Ferrata de Pra Premier

Go past Arvieux and the Chalp de Brunissard, cross the campsite and
take the direction of the chalets of Clapeyto. Leave the car at the "Pré des vaches" and go up to Pra Premier (20 min. pleasant walk). -
The start of the Via Ferrata is at the bottom of the plateau behind the artificial lake.
The route is on a beautiful triangular limestone wall, compact and vertical.
It is a Via Ferrata without great technical difficulty but very "pull". There is no way out during the ascent, so be careful before you start. The return is easily done on the left by the mountain pastures to join the path to the parking.
There is an original route and a sport route (difficult level).

Access description : From the parking lot at the entrance of the Pra-Premier cirque, follow the marked path on the left to access the water reservoir until the start of the Via Ferrata
Description of the environment : Arvieux en Queyras is a charming mountain village, in the Queyras regional natural park. All around, forests of larches and above, the furfande plateau, magnificent, accessible in 3 hours on foot.
