Sarah continues to bring to life the land handed down by her forebears. In her workshop, she diligently works the fruit of her harvests to create a range of farmhouse products ready to be enjoyed.
Her jams have a taste of the country, a taste of the great outdoors, of raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries, chestnuts or pears... She also makes syrups and fruit jellies, while her partner Nicolas transforms the fruit into delicious sorbets and ice creams.
