The colors of the Tartonne countryside change with the seasons. In the blue and gold checkerboard of lavender and wheat, the pale blue of clary sage, the pinks of sainfoin, the gray-green of olive trees... These plants, ancient and hardy, perfectly adapted to the Provencal summers, contribute to the identity of the land. Luc Plauchud devotes his time to them and talks about them with passion. As well as working in the fields, he produces his own olive oil and lavandin essential oil, for sale at the farm.
