The winery produces an average of 20,000 hectoliters a year in all three colors, with 80 cooperative members, and over 400 hectares of cultivated vines. The product range is highly diversified, with appellations such as Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, Cuvée Biologique, IGP Méditerranée and vin de France. The vineyards are farmed organically, conventionally or with HVE (high environmental value) certification.
Situated at the foot of the Barre du Cengle, beneath the imposing Mont Sainte-Victoire so often painted by Cézanne, the Roussetain vineyard stretches to the banks of the Arc River.
In this exceptional terroir, the Cave de Rousset produces top-quality wines: reds from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan; rosés mainly from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault; and whites from Rolle, Ugni blanc and Clairette.
Production is 90% rosé, 5% white and 5% red. The alchemy between the terroir, the know-how of the winemakers and the cellar staff, results in subtle, high-quality cuvées.
