In Saint Beatrice, culture and wine making are based on work principles stemming from the past. A mere jewel, stretching on a 50 ha ground, where grapes like Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cinsault are grown. The entire vineyard is planted on a rocky, dry soil which ensures high quality wines in the 3 colors: white, red and rosé wines. Besides wine tasting at the cellar, Saint Beatrice Domaine homes a Museum of the Earth gathering several rare items.
