Domaine d’Eole – The soul of the Alpilles in a bottle Born in 1993 from a bold dream, Domaine d’Eole embodies the meeting of passion, terroir, and respect for nature.

Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, our vineyard benefits fully from the Provençal sun and the sweep of the mistral, both of which define the unique character of our wines. From the very beginning, choosing organic farming was an obvious path. Preserving biodiversity, respecting the soil, cultivating with intention: these founding values continue to guide our work. Today, 36 hectares of vines flourish around emblematic Mediterranean grape varieties — Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Roussanne, and many others — to craft wines that are authentic, vibrant, and elegant. Our pursuit of excellence relies on demanding choices: • Hand harvesting at perfect ripeness • Low yields to favor quality • Minimalist winemaking, allowing the fruit to speak for itself The result: expressive, refined wines that sincerely convey the beauty of our region.
