Then there's poultry (chickens and guinea fowl), eggs from the farm, box-cut lamb and vacuum-packed Gasconne beef.
It's important to point out that each animal is raised in hygienic conditions.
Our free-range poultry is raised on pasture and fed wheat and corn. They are slaughtered after 90 days.
As for lambs, they are all reared under the mother's care and fed on grass and hay from the farm, supplemented by corn.
