Sébastien Ricard, an organic winemaker in Roaix, producing traditionally made wines, as well as olive oil and apricot nectar.

A young producer with a passion for winemaking, in 2011 he created the Jas de Barral domain to make wine from the fi ne grapes harvested by hand on the slopes of Roaix, Rasteau and Puyméras. The wines from Jas de Barral refl ect the earth, the sun and the winemaking historyin our superb region.
