The olive grove has been on the family estate for four generations.
The olive-growing activity was relaunched in 1999 because after the frost of 1956, almost all of the 4,000 olive trees on the estate had been uprooted.
Nevertheless, about sixty olive trees remain from that time, which are several hundred years old.
Today, the olive grove has more than 900 trees, only traditional varieties: brun (endemic variety), aglandau, bouteillan, salonenque, cayon and picholine.
The olive trees are cultivated using sustainable agriculture, respecting the land, fauna and flora in order to guarantee a natural quality product.
The olives are harvested from mid-October to mid-December and pressed as soon as they are picked by the Moulin de la Malissonne in La Cadière d'Azur.
The oil is then stored in optimal conditions to preserve its aromatic qualities.
Visit, tasting and direct sale by appointment.
