Anne and Patrick Gaymard produce wild boar meat products on their farm.
It all began in 1979, when Anne and Patrick GAYMARD started out with just 3 wild boars. Over the years, their offspring have flourished, with more than 300 boars fed on wheat and barley grown on site in Venelles, near Aix-en-Provence.
